# CPU Manager

CPU manager allows the user to configure CPU Management Policies on a Kubernetes node for workloads which are significantly affected by cache affinity and scheduling latency. It is also one of the data stores which [auto$](https://github.com/platform9/pcd-docs-gitbook/blob/main/PEC/topology-manager/README.md) refers to for its operations. To configure CPU Manager, please refer to the documentation [here](https://github.com/platform9/pcd-docs-gitbook/blob/main/kubernetes/topology-manager/README.md).
