The December release of Platform9 Private Cloud Director comes with a number of feature updates and enhancements.

Key Features

  1. Cluster blueprints got a major upgrade - Cluster blueprint feature that enables a profile based / declarative mechanism for defining the desired state of a Virtualized Cluster got a major upgrade in this release . You can now define multiple host configurations as part of the Cluster Blueprint instead of having to standardize on a single host configuration. This enables you to incorporate diversity of infrastructure in your data center under a single Virtualized Cluster.

  2. Automatic Resource Rebalancing (ARR) enhancement - ARR feature now utilizes both CPU and Memory metrics while making decisions on VM distribution on Virtualized Cluster
