Veeam is data protection software that provides backup, restore, and disaster recovery for virtualized workloads. Platform9 integrates with Veeam through the PCD Veeam Proxy (PVP) appliance, which presents Private Cloud Director (PCD) to Veeam as a supported hypervisor.
