# CLI Delete Cluster

The Platform9 CLI `pf9ctl delete-cluster` command is used to delete clusters. Users have the option to provide either the cluster name or the cluster UUID in the flag.

Deletes the cluster with the specified name. Additionally the user can pass the cluster UID instead of the name.

Usage:
  pf9ctl delete-cluster [flags]

Flags:
  -h, --help          help for delete-cluster
      --mfa string    MFA token
  -n, --name string   clusters name
  -i, --uuid string   clusters uuid

Global Flags:
      --no-prompt   disable all user prompts
      --verbose     print verbose logs
